If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made through siempre-hermosa.com, we offer a hassle-free exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
How To Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to info@siempre-hermosa.com providing us with the order number and the reason you are returning the item.
Please ensure that the item you wish to exchange meets the following criteria:

The item is unstained.

The item is free of odors, hair, and powders.

The item has not been machine washed.

The item includes all original tags and packaging.
If the item does not meet the exchange criteria, it will be shipped back to your address.
- Place a new order for the correct size on our website.
- We will generate a return label for your convenience.
- Ship the return items using the provided label.
- Once the return item arrives, we'll promptly refund your first order, excluding shipping costs.
- Ship the return items to us and let us know the correct size needed or if you prefer store credit for your next purchase. (We do not provide return label in this case)
- Once received, we'll promptly dispatch the correct size to you at no extra charge or process your store credit including shipping costs.

Please note that all sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We encourage you to carefully review the size chart and refer to our FAQ section before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

In-Store Exchange Option
For our valued customers residing in the DMV area (DC, Maryland or Virginia), we invite you to visit one of our stores located in Greenbelt or Hyattsville to make your exchange. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be delighted to assist you and ensure you find the perfect replacement item. This way, you can try our products firsthand and receive personalized guidance from our experts. Please remember to bring the original receipt and ensure that the exchange item meets our exchange criteria mentioned in the previous section and in the following one.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped, and the order cannot be canceled once the item is shipped. You can contact us to return it for store credit or exchange for a different item after receiving the package: info@siempre-hermosa.com
Free First Exchange
To make your shopping experience even more convenient, we offer a Free First Exchange policy. This means that you won't be charged for the shipping of the correct size, essentially covering the cost of sending the replacement item to you. Please note that this policy doesn't extend to covering the shipping costs for returning the item to us initially. Additionally, any exchange requests beyond the first one will require the customer to cover the associated shipping fees. Also, Sale or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Faster Exchange Process
If you wish to expedite the exchange process, you can place a new order for the desired item and we'll send you a return label for your convenience. Once we receive the return item, we will process a refund for the first order. This way, you can receive your desired item promptly.
